Ο Κώστας, νέος συγγραφέας με όνειρα και πάθος, βρίσκει επιτέλους την τύχη του στο πρόσωπο της
μεγάλης πρωταγωνίστριας Τζένης Ανδρέου. Διάσημη, πλούσια, ερωτευμένη κι όμως ξαφνικά, αυτοκτονεί. Ο νεαρός Κώστας όμως δεν πιστεύει στην αυτοκτονία.
